Group coaching for teenagers ages 15-18 Begins on August 12, 2024 and continues for 16 weeks, ending on or around December 2, 2024. This includes 16 weeks of group coaching Four 1:1 monthly coaching sessions Private Group chat support Curated resources to support lessons.

About the event
Teens are more disconnected, anxious, and stressed out than ever,
even though they are connected through their phones 24/7.
Bringing teenagers together to talk about their goals, their struggles, and authentically connect
with other teenagers who are going through similar challenges automatically
boosts their self-esteem and lowers anxiety and depression.
What this means is that group coaching for teenagers not only helps them learn how to connect with new people off of social media,
but they also see they aren’t the only kids dealing with feeling left out,
stressing out about school, sports, and relationships,
and feeling anxious about life after high school.
Their self-esteem and confidence grow,
They’re less anxious and depressed,
And they have a new network of friends that can stick with them for life!
Study after study shows the benefits of coaching on mental health and success.

Sessions begin August 12, 2024.
This includes monthly 1:1 coaching sessions.
Weekly group coaching sessions from 7:00 - 8:00 pm EST
